Reinventing the way we think of and eat food? I'm not feeling particularly "soylent," sorry!

  1. I recently head a post on Marketplace regarding synthetic protein--it could possibly end slaughterhouses (although that's waaaay in the future). Then there's healthy Greek yogurt. Have you read that they don't know how to cleanly dispose of whey's acid waste? When will there be good news....
